As part of this upgrade, we’re refreshing our customer records to ensure everything runs seamlessly. That means all existing customers will need to create a new account. It’s quick, easy and unlocks access to improved navigation, streamlined ordering and exclusive updates. We know change can be a little unexpected, but we’ve made this transition as simple as possible, and we’re here to help every step of the way. Your new account is the key to enjoying all the benefits of our upgraded platform. When the new website launches, you’ll need to follow the steps below to register for a new account.

Step 1: Click “Create Account” and fill out all the mandatory fields. Then, click “Next.”

Step 2: Confirm that you are tax-exempt. All customers must be tax-exempt to purchase through BOB.

Step 3: Complete all tax fields required.

Step 4: The last step collects your account details. Click “next” and you are ready to order.
