2020 has been quite a year, so why not treat yourself to some great American beer this October? The 38th annual Great American Beer Festival (GABF), the premier U.S. beer festival and competition, will look a little different this year as it moves online.

It will include a two-day online experience Oct. 16-17, exclusively for GABF passport holders. The sessions will cover a variety of topics including tips and tricks to enhance beer knowledge and enjoyment; stories from craft beer luminaries; profiles of breweries and individuals that are transforming their communities; and flavor fusions through beer and food pairings.

The virtual festivities, open to the public, will kick off on Friday, Oct. 16 at 5:00 p.m. MT with the Competition Awards Ceremony Presentation. More information on the festival’s renowned professional beer competition will be released in the coming weeks.

The Virtual Great American Beer Festival, exclusive content for GABF passport holders, will take place Friday, October 16 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. MT, and Saturday, Oct. 17 from 5:45 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. MT.

During the virtual event, speakers will include Ken Grossman from Sierra Nevada Brewing, Natalie and Vinnie Cilurzo from Russian River Brewing Company, Garrett Oliver from Brooklyn Brewery, Tomme Arthur from The Lost Abby, among others.

Between Oct. 1-18, GABF passport holders will also have exclusive access to deals at participating breweries, in addition to online content during the virtual festival.

So, snag your GABF passport for $20 and join BOB at this year’s unique festival!

Cheers!
