By: Paula Polei Celebrating the culture and community of craft beer, beer weeks give craft breweries the opportunity to connect with craft beer enthusiasts. The Brewers Association, the national non-profit association on behalf of the majority of today’s U.S. breweries, celebrates the culmination of these events each May with American Craft Beer Week (ACBW). All 50 states host events including brewery tours, special craft beer releases, food and beer pairings and tap takeovers to honor the evolving craft beer culture and unite beer lovers nationwide. This year, ACBW will be celebrated from May 11-17, 2015. To see the full list of local celebrations, visit the official American Craft Beer Week event calendar, on CraftBeer.com. Or, visit the ACBW Facebook page. With more than 3,400 craft breweries in the U.S., more styles to choose from and the continued growing popularity of craft beer, this year’s event is expected to be bigger and better than ever before.
